Applicants will be notified on July 20, 2011 about the status of their application.
Given the limited number of available spaces the organizers/instructors will select the workshop participants based on the information provided in the application form.
Registration and attendance feeRegistration and attendance of the workshop itself is free.
However, a fee of 300 RMB is charged to cover costs associated with USB pen drives and course materials for the participants. This attendance fee will be collected during registration at the beginning of the workshop.
Coffee and snacks will be provided during the coffee breaks. However, participants have to arrange for their own travel, lunch/dinner and accomodation. For information about travel/lodging/catering, please check the "General Information" section of this web page.
Available spacesThe number of participants is restricted to 50. Due to the limited number of spaces, participation cannot be guaranteed.
Restrictions on attendeesThe workshop is open to any student or academic from around the world. However, preference will be given to those studying or working in Asia.
